What do you like best about DeviQA?

Their approach to automation was practical. They focused on the business-critical and repeatable scenarios instead of trying to automate every test case just to improve the numbers. We also appreciated that they thought about long-term maintenance from the beginning. The tests are structured consistently, new scenarios can be added without much friction, and the team communicates clearly about progress, blockers, and priorities. What do you dislike about DeviQA?

We have not encountered any significant issues so far. The team onboarded quickly because they already had relevant experience in our domain. Recommendations to others considering DeviQA:

Give their team access to the right product knowledge and involve them early in automation planning. Be clear about your most critical user flows and release risks instead of simply handing over the entire manual test suite. What problems is DeviQA solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a large regression suite that was still heavily dependent on manual testing. DeviQA helped us review the existing test cases, decide what was worth automating first, and build the automation framework from the ground up. Today, roughly 80% of the test suite is automated, and that number continues to grow as new scenarios are added.
