What do you like best about Devico?

They did not simply send us a stack of CVs and leave us to assemble the team ourselves. They understood the mix of skills and seniority we needed and built a balanced team around those requirements. The commercial side is also very strong. Their rates are highly competitive for the caliber of engineers they provide. What do you dislike about Devico?

We have not had any significant issues. Setting up a full team naturally required some initial knowledge transfer and alignment around our product, architecture, and ways of working, but the ramp-up was smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Devico:

Be clear about the team structure, required seniority, and ownership model from the beginning. Devico can handle the full setup, but the best results come when they understand the product goals behind each role. It is also worth looking beyond the headline hourly rate and considering the overall value. In our experience, Devico offers a very competitive price-to-quality ratio, especially for a team that can become productive without heavy management overhead. What problems is Devico solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to set up a complete engineering team without spending months recruiting every role internally. Devico handled the team formation, presented candidates for the required positions, and helped us onboard a group that could work together effectively from the start. The team is now fully embedded in our delivery process and works directly with our internal stakeholders.
