What do you like best about Devico?

They delivered the right technical profile without flooding us with loosely matched CVs. The engineer is pragmatic, proactive, and able to troubleshoot issues across the whole delivery pipeline.

He does not wait for detailed tickets or treat DevOps as a collection of isolated tooling tasks. He looks at the platform end to end, identifies bottlenecks, and takes ownership of fixing them. What do you dislike about Devico?

We have not experienced any significant issues. As expected, the initial onboarding required coordination around infrastructure access, internal dependencies, and security processes, but the engineer handled the ramp-up well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Devico:

Give Devico a clear picture of your current infrastructure, technical debt, reliability gaps, and the level of ownership you expect. A good DevOps hire is about much more than matching cloud tools on a CV.

What problems is Devico solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a strong DevOps engineer who could take ownership of our infrastructure rather than simply keep the existing setup running. The profile was not easy to fill because we needed someone hands-on, technically senior, and comfortable working across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, environments, and production reliability.
