The quality of the engineers has been the biggest win. They are strong in the .NET ecosystem, communicate well, and are comfortable owning work rather than just picking up isolated tickets. They are also genuinely AI-native. They use AI throughout the development workflow to move faster with research, implementation, debugging, testing, and documentation, but they still apply proper engineering judgment and review the output. It is a productivity multiplier, not a shortcut around quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have not had any material issues. There was the usual ramp-up needed to understand our architecture, business logic, and internal workflows, but the engineers came up to speed quickly and integrated well with the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
