What problems is DevicePilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had a chance to use DevicePilot while working on a research project at an IoT lab; after analysing many Service Management tools built for IoT-based device networks - DevicePilot was the one that very much supported our use cases. It helped us in streamlining our processes around support ticket resolution, data reporting, risk assessment, tracking & maintaining SLAs etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
