What do you like best about devicenow?

The flexibility is the main thing for us. We can add devices when a new project starts and send them back when it ends, without the hardware turning into a long-term cost. What do you dislike about devicenow?

Not much to complain about. If anything, the overview of all active devices could be a bit more detailed, for example easier filtering by team or location. It's a small thing and doesn't affect the day-to-day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering devicenow:

If your headcount changes often or you're growing quickly, it's worth looking at. Plan your onboarding process with them early so devices are ready on the first day, and think about which models and setups you want to standardise on. That saves a lot of back and forth later. What problems is devicenow solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're a sales outsourcing company, so our team size changes a lot depending on client projects. Before devicenow, buying, setting up and tracking laptops for every new hire took up a lot of internal time, and devices from people who left often ended up sitting in a drawer. Since 2022, devicenow handles most of that for us. New team members get a ready-to-use device, returns are handled properly, and we pay a fixed monthly amount instead of making large hardware purchases.
