What I appreciated most was the team. From the RFP process through launch, they were responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely cared about getting it right. If something came up or we wanted to try a different approach, there was always someone to talk to who understood what we were trying to accomplish.
For the longest time it was always me managing the website. As we grew, I knew that wasn't going to scale forever. One of the best things about working with DevHub was knowing I wasn't the single point of failure anymore.
I also liked how fast we could move once everything was in place. The platform gave us a lot more flexibility than what we had before, and it felt like it was built for where we were going instead of where we'd been. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest adjustment for me was honestly just changing the way I worked.
I came from a startup mindset where if something broke, I'd just jump in and fix it. Handing some of that responsibility over was uncomfortable at first, especially knowing this platform & team was mostly brought in to replace me. Looking back, it was the right move for that company’s new leadership team. I couldn’t be more happier how things played out. Big Smile! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
