What do you like best about Deskmy?

My first time using this platform I was impressed by the user interface and how user-friendly it was, to the extent that it became our go-to remote communication platform because it was very easy to use to the functionality.

Another feature that I found very fascinating was how much it gives users control over privacy. I liked that it allowed me to control my online status which was very important whenever I was in the no disturb mode.

I liked that Deskmy also has an integration with several very fundamental platforms in my work like Google meet and Slack which has been very beneficial in terms of flexibility when communicating with clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deskmy?

The unavailability of a session recording functionality was my main drawback when it comes to this platform. It caused a lot of inconveniences whenever we wanted to capture the departmental meeting sessions we ended up using other applications for recording which was too much because it took a lot of processing power running two applications at the same time. Recommendations to others considering Deskmy:

It is a handy product but I recommend users considering this software also find other third-party applications for recordings since it is that one fundamental missing functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Deskmy solving and how is that benefiting you?

When it comes to problem-solving this application was very handy when it comes to enabling remote communication in my workplace, and having everyone on the same platform was very helpful because we would get on the same page very quick hence productivity was achieved because of this platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
