What do you like best about Deskfirst?

Deskfirst has completely transformed the way our sales team collaborates with prospects and clients. The intuitive drag-and-drop interface makes it incredibly easy to share files, resources, and media in a single branded space. I love how organized and visual everything is — it feels like a virtual desk that’s always ready for a pitch or a follow-up. What do you dislike about Deskfirst?

The only downside I've encountered is that some integrations with other CRM tools could be deeper. For example, I’d love to see more native syncing with HubSpot or Salesforce for seamless deal tracking. What problems is Deskfirst solving and how is that benefiting you?

Deskfirst is solving two major challenges for us: messy sales content sharing and low buyer engagement. Before Deskfirst, we were sending scattered emails, links, and attachments — it was hard for prospects to keep track. Now, everything is neatly presented in one branded digital sales room. It keeps deals moving faster, reduces back-and-forth, and creates a more professional buyer experience.
