What do you like best about DeskConnect?

DeskConnect is a brilliant and straightforward solution that facilitates the management of IT services like customer requests and service desk activities.

The software has streamlined the ticketing process and this helps us in prioritizing business requests.

The tool records the available requests and this gives users the visibility they need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DeskConnect?

I don’t like the interface, I feel some updates could make it more friendly.

The customization of complex service desk is another issue that needs flexibility Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DeskConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?

We scan and share our documents smoothly using DeskConnect. The changing of our document formats is also a well enhanced solution that DeskConnect facilitates. The creation of document intelligence helps us correct any grammar or typo mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
