What do you like best about DesignO - Online Design Tool?

I like the fact that it doesn't require any coding at all to get it going for my site (magento). I also liked the way it was ble to "show" me what the print would look like in "real life" on any product my customer can chose. IN the past, other software that showed personalization options were unrealistic looking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DesignO - Online Design Tool?

I like it. It was really challening at first to get it going on my site. Even though the UI/UX part is straight forward, configuring products and options took alot of time at the beginning. Once i got started, it went much more smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DesignO - Online Design Tool solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have customers that want to customize boxes, for example. in the past - using things like illustrator, for example, would have made customers totally pay a fortune for designers, need to see protoypes, etc. Now, if they're designing a box (using that same example) not only can they design each panel, they can see the box with an open lid, or a closed lid, which really helps them properly envision the end product.
