What I like most about Describely is how much easier it has made it to scale content creation. I’m able to produce content at a speed and volume that simply wasn’t possible before, while still maintaining a level of consistency that I’ve struggled to achieve with other AI platforms.
The platform itself is also very intuitive. Once I got through the initial learning curve and understood the workflow, it became incredibly easy to use and incorporate into my day-to-day work.
I also can’t say enough about the Describely team. They were incredibly supportive as I was getting comfortable with the platform and were always willing to answer questions, walk me through different features, and generously give their time when I needed help. That level of support made the entire experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the main challenges I initially ran into with Describely was not being able to prioritize the order in which content appeared in an export, which meant I had to manually reorganize it afterward. What stood out, though, was how quickly the Describely team responded. Once we identified the issue, they took the initiative to address it and improve the workflow.
Describely also offers a wide range of integrations, but unfortunately it did not integrate directly with the platform we needed it to. There are workarounds available, but at this stage in our use of the platform, we have not yet reached a point where those fully fit into our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
