I like that Descartes Sellercloud allows me to undo almost anything if a mistake is made, and I find their shipping platform really helpful. It has contributed to reducing the number of shipping clerks we need from four to one, which is a big efficiency gain. We also enjoy better purchase, order, and inventory tracking.
