Incredibly simple to use from an operator point of view--the device tells you where to go and what to pick. Pick actions are super easy to create from an admin point of view.

It is also great for changing and growing with the business. We are changing our warehouse layout and PVX makes it very simple to change the pickface locations, bulk locations, and pick paths.

I would say the UI. There are certain parts that are not super intuitive. However, PVX is doing a great job with rolling out improvements to the UI. For example, their reporting is leaps and bounds better than when we first started using the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
