What do you like best about Descartes Pacejet?

I like that this product is easy to use and easy to integrate. While there are a few hitches, no longer having to shop and compare shipping prices makes it easier for us as a fulfillment business to speed up workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Descartes Pacejet?

My issue is with the help and support. I feel at times more knowledgeable about the product than the support desk I'd. Many issues we have resolved on our own while waiting for them to offer a resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
