What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint?

MacroPoint is linked to your load information in BestShippers. Tracking a load is easy since all you do is click the tracking icon. A new window pops up and displaces the info with a map. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Descartes MacroPoint?

This is being worked on. The only downside is that the Schedule Manager on BestShippers does not pass the Truck & Trailer Number to MacroPoint. If this data were passed, the carrier would not have to enter it in MacroPoint or CarrierDesk. It would be integrated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Descartes MacroPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

Descartes MacroPoint makes it very easy to track and trace a load. I like that we are already using BestShippers as our TMS System, so I have a one-stop shop. It is a pain when you have to switch to another program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
