Some countries are missing from the platform, mainly because customs officials do not disclose the relevant data. The platform could also benefit from a light refresh of the layout to make it feel more current and up to date compared with the competition.

What problems is Descartes Datamyne solving and how is that benefiting you?

Quickly finding volumes, Incoterms, and shipment data for companies that aren’t currently part of our customer database is a real advantage. The platform is reliable and easy for new users to adopt, so onboarding happens fast. Overall, it supports building a high-performance marketing and sales organisation for logistics companies.
