What do you like best about Descartes Customs & Compliance Suite?

I like that it lets me track an order’s fulfillment status from the moment it enters the system until it crosses the border. Also, while managing export and import orders can be complex, Descartes makes it much easier to generate the necessary documents and validate the tariffs directly tied to those orders. What do you dislike about Descartes Customs & Compliance Suite?

What I didn’t like is that the interface isn’t very intuitive, which makes it hard to get used to the navigation. Despite some of the complications mentioned, it’s still a robust piece of software. It’s essential for order management—especially when dealing with complex, large-scale transport orders—and it performs strongly across the key areas.
