What do you like best about Descartes Customs & Compliance Suite?

Software is very simple to setup & get accustomed to. Having cloud based means I'm able to simply login online and be 100% operational. This means I can work remotely with no worries about having to find coverage, or think twice about making plans. Very happy with the flexibility it has given me. What do you dislike about Descartes Customs & Compliance Suite?

Happy to say there are none. Between the user interface, and customer support- I have nothing but great things to say to Descartes & NetCHB. Keep up the great work! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Descartes Customs & Compliance Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has solved a big problem of not needing a dedicated computer to run operations from. Being cloud based, I can work on any platform that has runs Chrome. This makes running a business an absolute pleasure, whether I'm sitting at my desk, or checking on entries 100 miles offshore while fishing I'm able to work anytime, anywhere and this has made life amazing.
