What do you like best about Densy?

Densy has become an essential part of our workflow. It combines project management, client communication, budgeting, and product specification into one intuitive platform, which significantly reduces the need to switch between multiple tools.

What we value most is the ability to create pricing proposals using real products and suppliers while keeping all project information organized in a single place. This helps us maintain consistency, improve efficiency, and reduce errors throughout the design process.

One of its strengths is the ability to handle large amounts of project data, product specifications, and pricing information without becoming difficult to navigate. As our workload increases, Densy continues to provide a clear overview of projects and helps keep teams organized and productive.

From our experience, the platform provides a centralized workflow that reduces the complexity of managing data across multiple applications. This has helped streamline our processes and minimize manual work, making project coordination more efficient. As Densy continues to expand its ecosystem, we see strong potential for even deeper integration with other tools commonly used by design studios.

What do you dislike about Densy?

One area where Densy could be improved is change tracking and history visibility. As projects evolve and multiple team members collaborate, it would be valuable to have a more detailed activity log showing who made specific changes, when they were made, and what was modified. This would improve transparency, accountability, and make it easier to review project decisions over time.

What problems is Densy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Densy solves one of the biggest challenges for interior design studios: managing projects, product specifications, supplier information, and pricing proposals across multiple disconnected tools. Before Densy, much of this information was spread across spreadsheets, emails, PDFs, and project management platforms, which increased the risk of errors, duplicated work, and time-consuming administration.

By bringing everything into a single system, Densy helps us save time, improve accuracy, and maintain a clear overview of every project. The ability to create quotations using real products, track specifications, manage budgets, and keep project information organized in one place has significantly streamlined our workflow.

One of the most valuable smart features is the automatic extraction of product data from URLs. Instead of manually entering product information, specifications, pricing, images, and links, Densy can pull much of this data automatically. This saves a considerable amount of time, reduces manual work, and minimizes the risk of errors when preparing specifications and client proposals.

As a result, our team spends less time on repetitive administrative tasks and more time focusing on design, client communication, and project delivery.
