By allowing citizens to make decisions directly, civic participation and engagement is encouraged. By eliminating intermediaries, the possibility of corruption or favoritism is reduced. it is necessary to promote a culture of informed and critical citizen participation. effective voting and deliberation systems must be established that guarantee equity and representativeness. mechanisms must be established to protect the rights of minorities and prevent the tyranny of the majority.
