I love how Demoboost lets us bring the product experience directly onto the website, making it interactive instead of static. The analytics are a game changer—now we can see exactly what prospects are engaging with, which features they care about, and use that data to inform sales, marketing, and even product decisions. The CRM integration and webhooks mean we can operationalize all this engagement data, making it actionable for sales, lead scoring, nurture, and more. Embedding is quick and easy, and the flexibility to experiment with demo placement and lead capture is invaluable. Revenue Intelligence is especially exciting for seeing broader patterns and connecting product engagement to pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, there isn’t much I dislike. Creating interactive demos does take effort, even if it’s less than with other formats. You still need to be disciplined about story length and focus, and there’s some ongoing work in optimizing demo journeys and placements. But these are more about the process than the product itself. I suppose if Demoboost didn’t integrate so well with our CRM, or if analytics were siloed, it would be frustrating—but that hasn’t been our experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
