The software is extremely easy to learn. It will make the first users smile. It takes a few minutes to log in and start using. There is an innovation that you want to be added about the application and if it is reasonable they give you what you want. **What do you dislike about Demio?** Demio should have better functionality for audience participation, but that doesn't seem possible. The simultaneous planning process for daily webinars is exhausting and takes your time. There is a feature to save the seminars that you can use later, so you can improve your portfolio. By automating recordings and tagging people in any group, you can use them in many platforms that make your life easier. and add properties to these events. The presenter and viewer can easily see what the other person is doing and the features in each presentation are layed out precisely. The customer service is also helpful and is always there for your questions or comments or if you need any feedback. There is also a section where you can give your own input into the software. Aside from that, overall it is a good video conference platform with a multitude of features that not every other product has. **What do you dislike about Demio?** There are a few bugs here and there. Also, you have to keep paying to use across the trial version and these new features can be a little more on the pricey side. **Recommendations to others considering Demio:** Sharing files on Demio is very easy. I would also say to definitely make sure you are subscribed to the webinar surface so you can add your previous conferences to your portfolio. **What problems is Demio solving and how is that benefiting you?** If my team and I cannot hold physical conferences it is still good for meeting up and getting our points across in a very interactive way. A benefit I used from using Demio is that you can save your conferences so that you can add them to your portfolio later, which is good for future referencing if you or your team ever needs to pull something back up. ### 19. It is extremely user-friendly for both the presenter and viewer. So unlike any other of the webinar marketing services out there it has also been designed to do the more touchy-feely small presentations that you would have needed another service like GoToMeeting, Skype or UberConference to do. **What do you dislike about Demio?** Demio has been in beta for a long period of time, had over 1500 webinars run on the platform before it was released to the public. However, like any new service there are going to be issues when it is released on mass to the public. So as much as I am sure the Demio team will do as much as possible to fix things, it’s always worth bearing in mind when using a relatively new service. **Recommendations to others considering Demio:** In this Demio review I have looked at the platforms, benefits, features and pro’s and con’s. Is Demio worth investing in? Yes, in my opinion, if you currently run webinars or you are looking at a to run your first webinars this is for you. It’s by far the easiest webinar system i have used to date. Demio allows me to simply ‘just to run a webinar’ without stressing over everything. However, it’s got a lot of options to make it work just as you would like if you want to spend 5-minutes customizing a few options. **What problems is Demio solving and how is that benefiting you?** I couldn’t decide if the fact the platform is extremely simple should be my no1 benefit in this Demio review or not. What I and I suspect you primarily want from a webinar platform is high conversions. However, now I just expect marketing services to be optimized for conversions and the main issue I struggle with and I hear others struggling with is ease of use and getting the maximum from the system. So I decided the fact Demio is easy to use should be first on my list. In all of Demio’s marketing, they talk about keeping it simple. From my experience, they have achieved that. It took me 3 mouse clicks in 3 minutes to setup my first webinar, including setting up my autoresponder integration. Then when running my second webinar it took a whole 1 minute to get a brand new webinar set up. To make it even faster I could have just copied my details from the week before. However, easy to use hasn’t meant it doesn’t have all the powerful features you would expect from WebinarJam or another one of the top system’s there days. It still has all the ability’s to set tags based on people showing up or not and how long they attended.
