What do you like best about DemandScience?

The DemandScience team is the best I’ve ever worked with. They’re always quick to respond, clearly know what they’re talking about, and are consistently friendly. My experience with the company has been nothing but positive. I find myself talking with the team and/or using their platform daily, and I really appreciate the range of capabilities it offers. What do you like best about DemandScience?

I really like the customer experience with DemandScience. They respond very quickly and dealing with the people who work there is very easy. When we need something, they resolve it quickly. When it comes to generating leads, it is very important that the leads are of quality, and when we have any doubts about any data, they fix it immediately and contact us to correct the data, which is very fast and efficient. Access to the platform is not direct, as there is no platform you can directly access to view; you have to go through the account manager or the Customer Experience Manager. The primary challenge is the time zone difference. While the team is highly organised, the time zone naturally creates a delay in real-time collaboration. "Responsive Lead Generation, Needs Timely Delivery"
What do you like best about DemandScience?

I find DemandScience easy and quick to communicate with. They take on feedback really well. For example, when their lead invalidation rate was a little high one month, they greatly improved the following month. They're open with what stage of lead delivery they're at, produce summary charts showing how their lead pacing is, and always flag questions to gain clarity. We've had a few blips with invalidation rates. Sometimes they need longer than recommended to deliver full lead delivery within a quarter, and they often ask to upload leads until the last possible day, instead of our recommendation of uploading a week prior to the end of quarter. Unfortunately, over the 1 year we have worked together we have had at least 3 different account executives managing our relationship.
