**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

Demandbase One was utilized by me in ABM initiatives, where the emphasis was on engaging particular organizations, not groups. The majority of my time was dedicated to analyzing lists of target accounts, tracking their engagement indicators, and assessing their interactions within campaigns.

The most practical function for me to use was the account prioritization feature through the use of engagement metrics. This approach allowed me to tailor my efforts towards companies that exhibited high levels of interaction with materials or advertisements instead of giving the same amount of attention to each lead. In terms of the period during which campaigns are launched, I consistently tracked account trends.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Working with the platform initially seems very cumbersome as there are many segments and scorings that you need to deal with. Understanding the relationship between account intents, audiences, and campaign targetings will take some time to do.

It is also important to note that there is an issue with interpreting the information. Engagement signals alone cannot help you make any decisions, as they need to be combined with other indicators.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to implementing Demandbase One, the marketing process was more lead-oriented and less oriented toward certain accounts that needed targeting, making it difficult for marketing and sales teams to collaborate on prioritizing their focus.

Demandbase One brought together all account-based marketing activities and allowed for better tracking of engagement. Effectively, this enhanced the collaboration between the marketing and sales teams, prioritization of outreach campaigns based on engagement, and focused on high value accounts.

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

Demandbase One is genuinely useful if you’re doing B2B marketing or sales where account prioritization matters more than raw lead volume. The intent data and account insights are probably the biggest value.I also liked the account-based targeting and segmentation capabilities. Sales and marketing alignment feels easier.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Intent data is useful, but not perfect. Sometimes signals feel stronger in theory than reality.The interface has a lot going on, and getting teams to actually use the insights consistently takes effort. Pricing also feels enterprise-oriented.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the “who should we focus on?” problem in B2B sales/marketing. Instead of broad outreach, teams can focus on accounts showing relevant intent or engagement patterns. if multiple companies are researching similar categories, the platform helps surface those signals so outreach can be more targeted rather than generic cold prospecting.

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I really appreciate that Demandbase One combines sales and marketing strategies, which is very beneficial for us to lead product sales and manage Outreach marketing in one place. Also, it's a specific tool that comes with an AI assistant, which unifies marketing and sales assets to make ABM suggestions easier for targeting and identifying accounts. I find it feature-rich and it provides deeper insights in every feature.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

There is one issue I want to raise is that sometimes website tracking is much time-consuming, which should be reduced because time is very important. The lag time between website loading needs to be reduced and it should reload fast which helps to track buyer companies quickly. Additionally, Demandbase One is not very simple in initial setup but our operation team is very tech-savvy, so it's not a big deal.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Demandbase One to unify marketing and sales, making ABM easier for targeting and identifying accounts. It solves our problem of discovering new accounts and closing sales deals efficiently. It combines sales and marketing strategies, helping us lead product sales and outreach marketing in one place.

What I like best about demandbase one is that it brings account data, intent signals, and engagement insights into one place. The UI is pretty easy to navigate, integrations work well with our existing tools, and performance has been reliable. The AI-driven insights help prioritize accounts, and we've seen good ROI from more targeted campaigns, support and onboarding were also smooth and easy

some parts of demandbase one can feel a bit overwhelming, especially when you're first getting started. The reporting and dashboards have a learning curve, and some integrations require extra setup. Pricing can be high for smaller teams, and aI recommendations aren't always as accurate or actionable as expected maybe

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i would say it helps us identify and prioritize the right accounts, track buyer intent, and better align sales and marketing efforts. It saves time, improves targeting, and helps us focus on opportunities that are more likely to convert, leading to better campaign performance and pipeline growth

This platform is very useful because it brings account-based marketing, intent data, and related insights together in one place. What makes it special is that it helps identify target accounts more effectively and improves coordination and communication between teams, making the overall process much more efficient

This platform is very good overall, but like every software, it has some drawbacks. One issue I noticed is that it can be quite difficult for new users to learn and use at first. However, one of its helpful features is that it provides guidance and support while you are using it. Even so, it may still take some time in the beginning to fully understand the platform and become comfortable with its features.

I would definitely recommend this software because it is a very valuable tool for sales and marketing teams. It helps gather and organize data from different sources in one place, making it easier to manage and analyze. I particularly like how it combines intent signals and important insights on a single platform, helping improve prioritization, streamline workflows, and strengthen collaboration between teams.

The biggest benefit for me is having everything in one place. The platform makes it easier to identify accounts that are actively showing interest and focus efforts where they matter most. I also like the visibility into account activity and campaign performance. It cuts down on a lot of manual work and helps both sales and marketing stay on the same page.

Some reports and dashboards can take a bit of time to customize exactly the way you want. I'd like to see more flexibility in reporting and a simpler way to build custom views without having to dig through multiple settings.

The biggest problem it solves is helping cut through the noise. There is always a lot of data available, but not all of it is useful. The intent data and analytics help prioritize high value prospects instead of guessing. Its integrations with CRM systems keep workflows aligned rather than fragmented. When used properly, it reduces wasted outreach and focuses effort where deals are more likely to close.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

The biggest drawback is complexity setup and onboarding often require significant time, clean data and sometimes external help. It's also expensive so ROI isn't obvious unless you already have strong sales volume and alignment. The intent data can produce noise leading teams to chase false signals if not carefully filtered.

The strongest advantage is the combination of intent data and account intelligence, buying group visibility in one platform. Many competing tools do one of these well but demandbase ability to connect them into a unified account based workflow is what makes it stand out. It's typically most valuable for a Mid market and enterprise B2B organizations for companies with long sales cycles and the teams practicing account based marketing with their organizations needing close sales and marketing alignment for businesses targeting complex buying committees rather than individual leads.

Demandbase One is a powerful platform but it does have some drawbacks that organizations commonly mention. Demandbase One includes ABM, intent data, advertising, sales intelligence, analytics, and orchestration features. The breadth of functionality can make onboarding and day to day management challenging especially for teams new to account based marketing. The platform is generally geared toward mid market and enterprise organizations to smaller businesses and startups may find the cost difficult to justify compared with simpler alternatives focused on CRM enrichment, intent data or sales intelligence alone.

I appreciate Demandbase One for how it brilliantly keeps B2B data from multiple resources and provides clear insights with deep signals about buyer behavior. I like how it keeps all the sales information updated with the entire market status. I also love its integration with CRM and third-party tools, which provides data insights and account details with a unified workflow. This integration helps gather more opportunities to boost engagement in the sales cycle.

The initial setup requires so much time, and sometimes the dashboard does not load properly. It lags when I apply multiple filters, and it requires a reload for a few seconds when I apply more than three filters, which breaks the momentum of workflow during the pipeline and reach.
