## Demandbase One Reviews
 ### 1. Demandbase One: Powerful Targeting, Intent Insights, and Account-Level Visibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nijat I. | Full-stack Developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

Demandbase One was utilized by me in ABM initiatives, where the emphasis was on engaging particular organizations, not groups. The majority of my time was dedicated to analyzing lists of target accounts, tracking their engagement indicators, and assessing their interactions within campaigns.

The most practical function for me to use was the account prioritization feature through the use of engagement metrics. This approach allowed me to tailor my efforts towards companies that exhibited high levels of interaction with materials or advertisements instead of giving the same amount of attention to each lead. In terms of the period during which campaigns are launched, I consistently tracked account trends.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Working with the platform initially seems very cumbersome as there are many segments and scorings that you need to deal with. Understanding the relationship between account intents, audiences, and campaign targetings will take some time to do.

It is also important to note that there is an issue with interpreting the information. Engagement signals alone cannot help you make any decisions, as they need to be combined with other indicators.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to implementing Demandbase One, the marketing process was more lead-oriented and less oriented toward certain accounts that needed targeting, making it difficult for marketing and sales teams to collaborate on prioritizing their focus.

Demandbase One brought together all account-based marketing activities and allowed for better tracking of engagement. Effectively, this enhanced the collaboration between the marketing and sales teams, prioritization of outreach campaigns based on engagement, and focused on high value accounts.

 ### 2. Powerful Intent Data and Account Insights for B2B Account Prioritization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himanshu J. | Founder, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

Demandbase One is genuinely useful if you’re doing B2B marketing or sales where account prioritization matters more than raw lead volume. The intent data and account insights are probably the biggest value.I also liked the account-based targeting and segmentation capabilities. Sales and marketing alignment feels easier.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Intent data is useful, but not perfect. Sometimes signals feel stronger in theory than reality. The interface has a lot going on, and getting teams to actually use the insights consistently takes effort. Pricing also feels enterprise-oriented.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the “who should we focus on?” problem in B2B sales/marketing. Instead of broad outreach, teams can focus on accounts showing relevant intent or engagement patterns. if multiple companies are researching similar categories, the platform helps surface those signals so outreach can be more targeted rather than generic cold prospecting.

 ### 3. Demandbase One Unifies Intent, Account Intelligence, and ABM for Smarter Targeting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdul R. | Employer Engagement Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

What I like best about Demandbase One is its ability to bring together account intelligence, intent data, advertising, and sales engagement into a single platform. It provides clear visibility into which accounts are actively researching solutions, helping sales and marketing teams prioritize the right opportunities. The platform's account-based marketing capabilities, reporting, and integration with CRM systems make it easier to align teams, improve targeting, and drive more effective outreach.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

One area for improvement is the learning curve for new users. Because Demandbase One offers a wide range of features and data points, it can take time to fully understand and utilize the platform effectively. Additionally, some reports and dashboards can require customization to surface the most relevant insights, and occasional data discrepancies may require manual validation.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demandbase One helps solve the challenge of identifying and prioritizing the right accounts in a crowded market. By providing intent data, account insights, and engagement tracking in one platform, it enables sales and marketing teams to focus on organizations that are actively researching relevant solutions. This improves prospecting efficiency, helps generate more qualified opportunities, and allows for more personalized outreach, ultimately leading to better conversion rates and stronger alignment between sales and marketing teams.

 ### 4. Integrated Sales Intelligence with Room for Customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria R. | Full-stack Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I like Demandbase One for its sales intelligence features which help the sales team manage account alerts with guided workflow and real-time updates. I find the B2B advertising options great for targeting account ads to increase sales revenue. The product also helps reduce account blindness by showing which companies are visiting and their buying intent. Sales and marketing efforts are strongly aligned with the same accounts, aiding pipeline growth. I appreciate that sales advertising, product marketing, and customer data storage are all available in one place from a single account.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Deeper customization is required for pro users to help balance streamlined flexibility and tailor some serious CRM challenges. The initial setup was not so easy, though I managed to do it without any major issues.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Demandbase One for sales intelligence to manage account alerts and enhance sales with targeted B2B ads. It reduces account blindness, aligning sales and marketing for pipeline growth.

 ### 5. Revolutionized Our Account-Based Marketing Strategy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Praney M. | Product Design Manager 2, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I really like the account-level view in Demandbase One because it feels more practical than dealing with individual lead data. When working with enterprise clients, this shift allows me to see which companies are warming up instead of guessing from scattered signals. Also, the intent data is useful, even though it's not perfect, it helps in prioritizing outreach in a more grounded way rather than relying on basic CRM lists or gut feelings.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

A couple of things feel a bit off in day-to-day use. The intent signals can be a bit noisy, sometimes flagging accounts that don't really feel 'ready', so there's still a fair bit of manual judgment needed instead of fully trusting it. It feels more like a hint system than something you can rely on directly. Also, the platform can feel a bit heavy when trying to get quick answers. There's a lot of depth, which is good, but for basic 'what's happening with this account right now' type questions, it sometimes takes more clicks and digging than it should. A simpler, more immediate view would be easier for day-to-day use. The initial setup wasn't super easy; there was quite a bit of setup involved, especially with the CRM integration and making sure account data was clean. The first few weeks felt configuration-heavy.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demandbase One helps us focus on the right accounts, reducing noise from too many individual leads. It aligns sales and marketing, showing which companies show intent, and provides account-level views instead of scattered signals.

 ### 6. Transforms Sales and Marketing Alignment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dario Amadeus J. | (Founding) Sales Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I like the engagement minutes model the most because every interaction from an entire company gets rolled up into a unified 'account score.' Instead of just scoring one person at an account, I get a 'buying committee' level score, which is fantastic for unifying ABM with account-based sales development.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Custom reporting is a bit clunky, I think something similar to HubSpot's "Breeze" bot or even Claude MCP could help here. The initial setup was definitely not plug and play; Demandbase One exposes all your bad CRM data. We needed to dedupe lots of data and clean up Salesforce before proceeding, and the rollout took around 12 weeks.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demandbase One eliminates wasted ad spend and outdated marketing strategies. I'm no longer flying blind about website visitors. It uncovers buying windows and provides a unified account score, replacing unhelpful lead scoring with comprehensive buying committee insights.

 ### 7. All-in-One Account Insights and Intent Data That Keep Sales and Marketing Aligned

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammed A. | Digital Marketing Team Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

What I like best about Demandbase One is how it brings everything together in one place. Instead of switching between different tools, I can see the full picture of each account and understand which companies are actually showing real interest.

I also like how it uses intent data to help prioritize leads. It makes it much easier to focus my time on the accounts that are more likely to convert instead of guessing or working blindly.

Another strong point for me is the alignment between marketing and sales. It really helps both teams stay on the same page, which improves the overall efficiency and makes the whole process feel more organized and targeted.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

What I don’t like about Demandbase One is that it can feel a bit complex at the beginning. There are a lot of features and data, so it takes time to really understand how everything works and how to get the most value from it.

Also, the platform can sometimes feel overwhelming because of the amount of information it provides. If you’re not used to working with ABM tools or data-heavy dashboards, it can take a while to get comfortable with it.

Another thing is that setting up and customizing campaigns properly requires effort and sometimes support, especially for teams that are new to this kind of platform.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What Demandbase One is mainly solving for me is the problem of not knowing which companies are actually ready to buy and where to focus my efforts.

Before using a tool like this, a lot of time can be wasted on leads that aren’t really interested or not in the right stage. Demandbase helps fix that by showing intent signals and account activity, so I can see which businesses are actively researching or engaging with solutions like ours.

The benefit for me is that it makes my work much more focused and efficient. Instead of guessing or spreading effort across too many accounts, I can prioritize the ones that are “in-market” and more likely to convert. It also helps align sales and marketing, so both teams are working toward the same high-value accounts, which makes the whole process smoother and more effective.

 ### 8. Demandbase One Unifies ABM with Clear Account Insights and Intent Data

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

What I like most about Demandbase One is how it brings everything into one platform, especially for account-based marketing. It gives a clear view of target accounts and helps identify which companies are actually showing interest, so you’re not just guessing where to focus. The intent data and account insights are really useful for prioritizing outreach and timing it better.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

One thing I didn’t like about Demandbase One is that it has a bit of a learning curve, especially in the beginning. It took some time to fully understand all the features and how everything connects, so onboarding wasn’t as smooth as I expected.
Overall, none of these are major dealbreakers, but improving usability and data accuracy would definitely make the experience better.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the main problems Demandbase One is solving for me is the lack of visibility into which accounts are actually interested in our solution. Earlier, a lot of our outreach felt like guesswork, but with intent data and account insights, it’s much easier to identify companies that are actively researching similar products.

 ### 9. Demandbase One: Transformative for Targeted Outreach

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shashank K. | Sales Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I love how Demandbase One has completely changed my daily outreach approach. Using site visit intelligence, I can see which target accounts are visiting our site and which specific pages they're viewing. The real-time alerts in Slack allow me to reach out at the moment of peak interest, significantly improving my connection rates. I also appreciate the smart scoring and deep insights, along with account intelligence, intent data, and technographics. Access to a database of 176 million B2B contacts is a huge plus. I find Demandbase Selector and website personalization very good, as they help map out and track how accounts move from awareness to engagement. The sales playbooks, Demandbase advertising, escalation engine, ABX orchestration, and marketing tools save me a lot of time, making my experience with Demandbase One very positive. The unified bases and these tools together provide a great overall experience for B2B business.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

It took a few weeks to get used to the interface, but the payoff in saved time was worth it.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demandbase One has improved my outreach by providing site visit intelligence, real-time alerts, and smart scoring. It saves time with advertising and marketing tools, and enhances experiences with personalized journeys, account intelligence, and insights, making it great for B2B.

 ### 10. Great Intent Data and All-in-One View, But Setup Can Feel Heavy

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vyacheslav Z. | Account Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

It puts everything in one place, so I’m not bouncing between five tools just to figure out which accounts to go after and what to do next.

The intent data is super handy: it shows which companies are actively researching our topics, so we can focus on the ones that actually seem to be shopping, not just fit the ICP on paper.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

it can feel a bit slow and heavy to set up, and the app can seem too big and confusing if you just want quick answers.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What problems it solves, well, 1) Not knowing which accounts to focus on
2) Chasing too many low‑quality leads
3) Wasting money on ads that don’t hit the right people

 ### 11. Clean and Accurate Data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

Having the new AI Summaries, playbook and Email Agent, are great tools to assist the sales team with spending less time looking into various things but more time for doing other things since all the valuable information is right there in front of you to go right to it.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Having an easier way to add data especially when it is a new record as well at the same time to ask for additional details on the record, for instance, asking for an email address. Now you have to wait 1 to 2 days to go back in and ask for this information. Also data is not automatically updated right away when they said they have updated the record and I am usually looking at data updates 8 hours later and it would be great if it was readily available.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With my role and for my team I use it a lot for having data on accounts and contacts as well as having this data clean and accurate.

 ### 12. Insightful Data, Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hayden G. | Personal Trainer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I like Demandbase One for the amount of intent data it provides, and I appreciate that it is GDPR compliant. It's really helpful for reaching out to companies that have looked at our website, which helps me narrow down my cold outreach approach. The initial setup of Demandbase One was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

I would like to see more data, like which pages on our website they were looking at and if they had looked at others.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demandbase One helps me identify companies visiting our website, enhancing my cold outreach by targeting those who show interest. The amount of intent data and its GDPR compliance are particularly valuable.

 ### 13. Powerful Account-Based Marketing Tool with Room for UX Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Somya S. | Program Management Office Leader/ Chief of Staff, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I like the intent feature in Demandbase One that helps us identify target accounts and deals that need immediate attention. The heat maps are great for understanding the types of stakeholders browsing our products, which helps us adjust our offerings as needed. I also appreciate the ROI feature for our ABM campaigns, which gives us insight into the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Setting up and customizing intent in Demandbase One was pretty difficult and not self-explanatory. When someone new joined who was familiar with Demandbase from before, they suggested some tweaks that worked for other customers, but it messed up our system. This also means the customer service could improve. Lastly, the UX felt a bit clunky, especially when moving between different profiles.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Demandbase One for account-based marketing, identifying buyer intent, managing campaigns, and assessing ROI. It helps identify risks, target potential stakeholders, and refine strategic decisions by analyzing competition and understanding stakeholder interests.

 ### 14. Focuses Our Outreach with Precision

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay W. | Revenue Operations Manager | TruShine Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I like Demandbase One for its ability to quickly identify companies that are a good fit and prioritize outreach. It helps our team focus on the right accounts instead of contacting companies randomly. It makes it easier for the team to stay focused, make their time productive, and convert as much as they can. Using it with our other tools like CRM and LinkedIn enhances efficiency in organizing outreach and managing opportunities in the pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

One thing that could be better is the setup; it can take time to understand all the features at the beginning, especially for smaller teams, and sometimes I find it hard to figure out the signals. Making everything simpler will help to manage it the right way.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Demandbase One to identify and prioritize company accounts for outreach, solving the issue of contacting unsuitable companies. It helps our team focus on valuable leads, organize the pipeline, and convert effectively, making outreach more efficient.

 ### 15. Strategic ABM Made Simple, Minor Reporting Hurdles

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bernard F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I use Demandbase One to run and measure our account-based marketing in one place. I like that it helps us identify target accounts, understand buying intent, personalize outreach, and align sales and marketing around the same data. It solves the frustration of not knowing which accounts are worth my time and clearly shows which companies are showing intent, allowing me to focus on the right accounts. I love having everything in one place like intent data, account insights, and campaign performance because it makes it easy to focus on what's working. Intent data shows me which accounts are actively researching solutions, and account insights provide a clearer picture of engagement, while campaign performance highlights what's driving the pipeline. The initial setup was easy, and once integrations were connected, everything came together smoothly, allowing us to start seeing value quickly. It works well with tools like Salesforce and HubSpot, which helps keep account data, campaigns, and sales activity aligned in one flow.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

With Demandbase One, reporting can feel a bit complex at times, and there’s definitely a learning curve when you first start. A more intuitive dashboard and simpler customization would make it even better.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Demandbase One to run account-based marketing in one place. It helps me identify target accounts, understand buying intent, and align sales and marketing. It saves time, reduces guesswork, and makes efforts more strategic with clear intent and account insights.

 ### 16. Efficient, User-Friendly with Room for Integration Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lebugang K. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I like that Demandbase One is efficient and user-friendly, which saves me time. I find its capability in accelerating sales cycles quite valuable as it helps in identifying the right decision-makers within buying groups and reaching them at their peak interest, allowing the team to move deals through the funnel faster. I appreciate the reduced waste from its native B2B DSP, since it ensures advertising budgets are spent only on the accounts that matter. I also enjoy the higher conversion rates due to personalized web experiences and shortened, auto-filled forms, which are powered by data enrichment, leading to lower bounce rates and more completed registrations. The initial setup of Demandbase One was very easy, which was a great start to the experience.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

I dislike the integration 'glitchiness' with Demandbase One. There's a sync latency issue, where there are occasional delays in data syncing between Demandbase and CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot. This can result in sales reps seeing slightly outdated intent signals.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Demandbase One to tackle customer churn and retention issues. It accelerates sales cycles by connecting with key decision-makers, reduces ad spend waste, and boosts conversion rates with personalized experiences.

 ### 17. Unifies Sales and Marketing with Precision Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivy P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I use Demandbase One to support our account-based marketing and sales alignment. The platform enables us to identify high-value accounts, analyze engagement signals, and tailor our outreach with precision. I really value how it integrates data, analytics, and engagement tools in one platform. The account insights and intent tracking are particularly strong, helping us prioritize the right opportunities. These features are incredibly valuable because they give us clear visibility into which companies are actively researching topics related to our solutions.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Honestly, the platform works quite well overall, but some areas could improve particularly around custom reporting and dashboard setup. At times, building tailored dashboards requires multiple steps and some technical knowledge, which is not that user-friendly and can slow down quick analysis.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Demandbase One to support account-based marketing, unifying sales and marketing data, eliminating data silos, and enhancing lead quality. It helps identify high-value accounts, analyze engagement, and tailor outreach, improving revenue impact.

 ### 18. Comprehensive Account Insights with Room for Improvement in Flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefano C. | Sr. Marketing Manager, Southern Europe & Middle East, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

The holistic account view provided by Demandbase One is truly invaluable. It consolidates all relevant account data into a single, comprehensive dashboard, including key insights on associated individuals from Salesforce—whether leads or contacts—along with their engagement levels and interaction types. This seamless integration empowers more strategic, data-driven ABM decision-making. Additionally, the Customer Success Managers and support team are outstanding. They are always proactive, diving deep into any issues and delivering swift, effective solutions, which greatly enhances the overall user experience. Demandbase One is an essential tool in my daily workflow, providing the precision and intelligence needed for successful account engagement.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

The platform could benefit from greater flexibility in adapting to specific company needs, as some customization options feel limited. The Lead-to-Account Matching engine, while useful, is not always intuitive, making it difficult to ensure consistently high data quality in lead-to-account associations. Additionally, occasional syncing issues can cause delays in data updates, impacting real-time decision-making. Another drawback is the inability to delete old lists that have been used in advertising campaigns, leading to unnecessary clutter and potential confusion over time. Streamlining these aspects would enhance usability and overall efficiency.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demandbase One helps us solve the challenge of gaining a unified view of our accounts by consolidating data from various sources, such as Salesforce, into a single platform. This allows us to better understand the engagement level of each account and tailor our strategies accordingly. The platform’s ability to connect leads to accounts accurately enables more targeted outreach, improving the effectiveness of our marketing and sales efforts. As a result, we’re able to allocate resources more efficiently and drive higher-quality engagement with our key accounts.

 ### 19. 'Great for team collaboration and customer recognition'

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

Demand Base One is great. I really like its smart feature that recognizes customers quickly, which makes my job easier. The data looks solid and helps increase sales. Overall, I think it’s the best tool for the company.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

I think the biggest issue with Demandbase One is that it doesn’t plan work very well. Sometimes there’s too much to do, and there isn’t enough that inconsistency always leads to confusion.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demandbase One solves the problem of targeting the wrong companies. Previously, we used to waste a lot of time on people who would never buy. Now we only see companies that are ready. We are benefiting from not wasting our budget and having a higher success rate. I am very happy that we can now see which companies visit our website and what they are interested in.

 ### 20. Unified Data for Smarter Account Identification

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuel S. | Customer Service Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

It combines data and firmographics in a single place to help identify marketing accounts ahead of competitors. It also has the ability to track anonymous activity while browsing.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

The initial setup can feel complicated for non-technical users, and I’ve also run into occasional data accuracy issues, including false accounts showing up.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demandbase One is primarily designed to manage marketing and B2B sales efforts with the goal of generating revenue. The sales team can operate using manual, fragmented options across account and data tools, which makes the workflow possible but not very streamlined.

 ### 21. Insightful and Structured, But Dashboard Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katherine C. | Regional Customer Marketing Manager, North America, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I use Demandbase One daily to review intent data across our target accounts and find it incredibly valuable in identifying insights that help build and progress the sales pipeline. I greatly appreciate its ability to help us identify trends ahead of time, spot account behavior, and even identify competitors within the data mix. What I like most about Demandbase One is its ability to focus on account lists based on predefined criteria, which is incredibly helpful given the vast potential within Demandbase. This structure allows me to narrow the scope as needed, making the tool very powerful for targeted analysis. Additionally, the initial setup experience was positive, with lots of hands-on training provided for our marketing and operations teams. This support ensured a smooth transition and effective utilization of the software from the start.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

I don't like the navigation limitations in Demandbase One. When I am deep into account details from the dashboard, I have to refresh the entire view if I've progressed too far, as there is no effective backup mechanism. Ideally, the 'back' function should return me to the most recent account list I selected.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Demandbase One to review intent data, identify account trends, and gain competitor insights, effectively building and progressing our sales pipeline.

This functionality is integral for precise targeting and enhances our advertising campaigns significantly.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

The initial setup for Demandbase One is quite complicated and requires a dedicated team to manage all the necessary technical integrations. This complexity can be challenging for those without technical expertise. Additionally, the integration process can suffer if the internal team handles it poorly, as was the case in my experience.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

What I like most about Demandbase One is how it brings everything—data, targeting, and execution—into one platform. The intent data and AI insights make it much easier to focus on the right accounts, and I’ve found it really helpful for aligning marketing and sales around the same priorities instead of working in silos.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

The main downside is that it takes a while to really get comfortable with the platform—it’s pretty feature-rich, so there’s definitely a learning curve at the beginning. Some parts of the UI and reporting can also feel a bit clunky or not very intuitive, especially when you’re trying to build custom dashboards or pull quick insights.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s mainly solving the problem of not knowing which accounts to focus on and when to engage them. Instead of chasing a lot of low-quality leads, it helps identify high-value accounts that are actually showing intent and gives better visibility into the buying journey. That’s been useful for prioritizing efforts, improving targeting, and getting marketing and sales more aligned around the same accounts, which ultimately leads to better pipeline quality.

The onboarding process can be a bit better as a new user, the ammount of data and features can be overwhelming.

I also think the UI UX could be a bit more intuitive.

Finding out who matters when reaching out and when to engage with them, being able to see companies, if they're in the market and their intent.

 ### 39. A B2B marketing platform that's only as good as your 1P data

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

Analytics dashboard (account highlights, intent, quick cards) provides both sales and marketers alike an easy-to-digest summary of what's going on with key accounts. From a marketer's standpoint, it allows us to understand which users are most engaged, which accounts are showing intent - providing a framework for 1:1 account syncs with sales.

Orchestration and audience management is simple to use, allowing marketers to build audiences for several campaign workflows and ensure users are being touched at the right time, with the right message. The LinkedIn, Facebook, Bing, and next, Google, integrations help sync audiences with their appropriate campaigns and remove the need for direct to publisher uploads.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Adoption is ridiculously low across sellers, and we often hear that the amount of data is overwhelming. Engagement minutes, intent data, etc. aren't always well-accepted criteria for sellers that are managing large Enterprise accounts.

Additionally, activation of such data is a guessing game for reps, and suggested contacts to reach out to are typically C-level execs that are already on their radar.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Connectivity with sales - through our 1:1 account syncs, we've built a stronger relationship by helping the sales team realize their goals and hit their numbers. The dashboard provides a roadmap for which accounts/users to focus on in any given time.
2. Audience management - this is a major piece from a marketing perspective, allowing our teams to create audiences based on various attributes and intent, and automatically push those audiences to the right campaigns in the right platform.

 ### 44. Streamlined Marketing Insights with Demandbase One

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dani S.

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I appreciate that Demandbase One consolidates all of our data into a single platform, making it significantly easier for me to build lists compared to other tools like Salesforce and Marketo. This integration is particularly valuable as it streamlines the process of data compilation and analysis, enhancing efficiency in creating targeted marketing campaigns. I also enjoy the ease with which I can create orchestrations from these lists, making the collected information actionable. This functionality allows me to focus on accounts showing specific interest, such as those not currently our clients but who are exploring our entry-level products or visiting our pricing page. Demandbase One facilitates targeted advertising and direct outreach by integrating marketing communication strategies with the SDR team, proving itself to be a crucial tool in our marketing arsenal.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

I find it challenging that Demandbase One requires accessing each intent keyword set individually, making it difficult to view all keywords in one place or export them efficiently. This limitation hinders my ability to ensure all necessary keywords are set up accurately. Additionally, the inability to right-click links and open them in new tabs is frustrating, especially when working with account and person data tabs, as it forces me to replicate and navigate through different tabs unnecessarily. Furthermore, the initial setup of Demandbase One is not straightforward due to the many moving parts, particularly with data orchestration. Organizing data within the platform can be quite a challenge, even though it's not entirely Demandbase's fault, as it’s a common issue with data-reliant tools.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Demandbase One to gain marketing insights, create targeted lists based on intent for campaigns, understand account interests, and integrate insights into our retention strategy and outreach.

 ### 47. Boosts Outbound Prospecting with Some Data Challenges

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chase H. | Account Executive

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I have been using Demandbase One for six months to facilitate outbound prospecting, and it's been an impressive experience. Setting up Demandbase One was pretty straightforward, which I found very convenient. One of the standout features is the ability to get complete coverage on our outbound prospecting efforts and ideal customers, which significantly enhances our brand awareness. I find it incredibly useful to see what companies are engaged in our content. Additionally, I appreciate the feature that allows content to be automatically distributed based on a variety of factors, which simplifies our process and increases efficiency. Another critical benefit is the ability to reach many accounts in a short term, which is significant for our operations. We use Demandbase One in conjunction with HubSpot, and this combination works well for us.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

I find the criteria to enter the account-based marketing program in Demandbase One problematic. The data regarding company revenue is often incorrect, and the employee count can be very inconsistent. This inaccuracy results in difficulties ensuring that our target accounts are correctly included and not unjustly denied based on faulty criteria.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Demandbase One to ensure complete coverage in outbound prospecting, enhancing brand awareness by targeting ideal customers, which significantly impacts our reach and allows us to engage efficiently.

A very complete platform that provides a great overview of target account activity.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

The UI is a bit clunky / old school, the learning curve is complex, and it's very easy to lose oneself into the different tabs of the platform.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demandbase One allowed us to considerably increase the accuracy and relevance of our ABM program by identifying our top target accounts and understanding what drove most of the interactions from each of those target accounts, based on the available data on the platform.

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

Demandbase is a must-have if you're looking to deliver targeted messages to your audience and create an outstanding experience. What I appreciate most is how user-friendly it is, making it simple to launch new campaigns in no time.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

I have no complaints at all about this tool. It’s truly impressive—very intuitive, with minimal jargon, making it easy to grasp. The account-based segmentation feature is excellent and does a great job of pinpointing high-purchase-intent accounts to focus on.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool has helped us enhance our segmentation, reach, and conversions by identifying high-intent accounts, allowing us to target them more effectively. Additionally, it enabled us to optimize the experience for users seeking information and to simplify our forms, all while ensuring that the sales team still receives the essential details needed to qualify leads and start more meaningful conversations.

 ### 50. Intuitive Interface and Personalized Content Make Demandbase a Standout

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yaidara V. | Business Development Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I really enjoy the user interface; it's very intuitive, which has made the overall user experience excellent. I also value how it provides personalized content on our homepage, helping ensure that visitors don't leave right away simply because they aren't aware that we offer a solution for them.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Demandbase is indispensable for anyone looking to deliver personalized messages to their audience and create an outstanding experience. I have no complaints; I especially appreciate being able to flag important companies, with the system then automatically monitoring them and providing me with daily updates.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool has mainly helped improve segmentation, reach, and conversions, enabling me to identify accounts that show strong purchase intent and segment them accordingly. Organizing the email cadences provides a clear overview and practical structure, making it easier for me to monitor how potential customers engage with my emails.
