"Real-time intent and account insights - reducing workflow friction"
5/5
What do you like best about Demandbase One?

Having access to real-time data, intent signals, and account-level insights removes the guesswork from our entire go-to-market strategy. Intent data shows us exactly which target accounts are actively researching solutions in our space right now, and real-time updates help our sales team reach out at the exact moment prospect interest peaks. I also like the consolidated view of web traffic, engagement minutes, and 3rd-party intent keywords in a single timeline, which gives a clear look at buying group activity. It’s made marketing and sales much more aligned because we’re finally looking at the exact same data, with marketing able to trigger automated ad streams and sales getting immediate alerts. What do you dislike about Demandbase One?

Bulk data imports frequently get hung up on strict column formatting, which makes uploads more tedious than they need to be. Lead Builder search parameters can lag when building segmented lists across large account databases, and exporting list views often loses custom filter views so you have to re-apply criteria before running another report. On the data side, accurate contact-level mapping within large enterprise target accounts can be missing or less reliable, so we still have to cross-reference our CRM. AI Chat was a game-changer, but its automated keyword expansion occasionally pulled in overly broad intent topics and we had to manually refine filter rules. Attribution reporting can also stay fragmented, since figuring out whether the ad impression or the SDR touch drove the meeting still takes manual alignment.
