What do you like best about Demandbase One?

What I like most about Demandbase One is that it brings account information and engagement insights together in one place. The account-level insights and lead analysis help me understand target accounts without having to spend as much time pulling details from multiple sources. I also find the opportunity timeline helpful for getting a clearer sense of account activity over time. The intent signals add another useful input when I’m researching accounts and deciding where to focus. Overall, it gives me a stronger starting point for account analysis and helps make conversations between marketing and sales more informed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demandbase One?

My biggest challenges are around flexibility and clarity in a few features. Segmentation can feel restrictive when I’m trying to build more specific account groups or when I need to combine multiple filters. Predictive scoring is helpful, but I’d like more visibility into what’s driving a particular score so it’s easier to interpret and explain. Media attribution can also get complicated when several campaigns influence the same account, which makes it hard to determine which activity had the most impact. More customization and transparency in these areas would make the platform significantly more useful for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
