What do you like best about DEMA?

It gives my team and me full control over customer site behaviour, product performance, marketing performance, and overall market performance, along with solid inventory control. What do you dislike about DEMA?

It’s actually really hard to find much to complain about, since the Dema team clearly makes an effort to keep customers satisfied. The main downside for me is that I can’t connect my wholesale and retail data as easily as I can with my Shopify data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DEMA solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dema’s Agent is genuinely mind-blowing. We’d struggled to get AI tools to understand our data structures and metrics, but Dema worked perfectly right out of the box. It’s the first tool that has truly understood our data from the very first prompt. It’s also made advanced analysis accessible to everyone on the team, regardless of their technical background.
