I do not love using Replicon as an administrator. Replicon is definitely not designed for international organizations with multiple countries and departments. Time off accruals are very limited, and complicated time off policies are difficult to implement in Replicon. It is also very difficult to make changes to timesheets. When an employee is accidentally set up with the wrong timesheet, you cannot simply click a button to fix it. You have to delete the incorrect existing timesheets, update the profile setup, and regenerate the timesheets. The same goes for holidays that populate on timesheets.
