I use Deltek Maconomy primarily as a CRM system, and it partially meets our needs in this area. One of its main strengths is the ability to continuously adapt and customize the system to fit organizational processes. In many cases, its effectiveness depends on how well it is structured and configured internally, which gives a lot of flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At the same time, the system has certain limitations, particularly related to data fields and structure, which can restrict more advanced use cases. It is also difficult to assess the system uniformly, as much depends on how it is designed and used within the organization. From a user perspective, the desktop interface could be more intuitive and user-friendly, while the web version, although more modern, lacks some of the functionalities available in the desktop version.
