What do you like best about Deltek Maconomy?

I use Deltek Maconomy primarily as a CRM system, and it partially meets our needs in this area. One of its main strengths is the ability to continuously adapt and customize the system to fit organizational processes. What do you dislike about Deltek Maconomy?

At the same time, the system has certain limitations, particularly related to data fields and structure, which can restrict more advanced use cases. It is also difficult to assess the system uniformly, as much depends on how it is designed and used within the organization. From a user perspective, the desktop interface could be more intuitive and user-friendly, while the web version, although more modern, lacks some of the functionalities available in the desktop version. Deltek Maconomy helps us centralize and structure client and project-related information, which is particularly valuable when using it as a CRM. It supports consistency in how data is captured and managed across the organization, reducing fragmentation and reliance on multiple tools.

The system also enables us to align processes with our internal structure, which improves transparency and control over client interactions and project data. As a result, we benefit from having a single, structured source of information, although the overall effectiveness still depends on how well the system is configured and maintained internally.
