We were able to leverage their specialized industry experts for specific regulatory questions, and the senior team members were very practical, not just theoretical. The costs are on the higher end, and I feel like we're sometimes paying senior rates for work being done by more junior staff. Also, there has been quite a bit of turnover on the engagement team over the past few months.
