What do you like best about defi SERVICING?

It is Software as a Service and really tied in with their Loan Origination System. The transfer of Data is instant and without any issues. The account history, Notes and reporting feature is one of the best available in the industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about defi SERVICING?

There are some glitches once in a while but Defi staff is great with resolving that quickly and they are constantly working on improving the overall system. Some functions need to manage more efficiently but it doesn't bother as there is a workaround for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering defi SERVICING:

Their system is fully configurable and improving over time. The reporting is tied in tightly and very easy to work with. All the features and available tools can make your life easy. What problems is defi SERVICING solving and how is that benefiting you?
