I don't have an Interface with Intergy EMR. Does not always pick up the plan as well while with the patient. I typically have to redictate my plan. Many times I feel as if my note is not reviewed by a person after it is completed; there are many errors in spelling and grammar. When I directly dictate into the note, I am not able to make it go to the next line. Other systems allow me to say paragraph or next line. This would help break up the continuous dictation.
