What do you like best about DeepScribe?

DeepScribe has been the most consistently reliable medical application that I have used since entering full time private practice in 2021. Out of curiousity, I've tested other AI medical scribe and dictation apps but none have been as reliable with such excellent customer support. What do you dislike about DeepScribe?

I rely on DeepScribe AI transcription notes and DeepScribe relies on Amazon Servers, which goes down from time to time without advance notice and sometimes all of my transcriptions for the day are lost! I'd like to see some way that my audio could be held on my device and uploaded when the servers are up again. That feature may have already been added for all I know because I've only lost transcriptions on 2 days since early 2021! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DeepScribe solving and how is that benefiting you?

The AI listens to my patient interactions and keeps notes, does a fair transcription which is then verified & improved by a human medical scribe. This allows me to be more attentive & engaged with my patients, provide more education and not be obsessively focused on keeping perfect handwritten notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
