"Deel: Fast Transfers, Global Visa, and Transparent AI Assistance"

What do you like best about Deel?

Dell Hire is excellent. I work for a company in the United States while living in another country. The company deposits my salary into Deel, which is super fast. I can transfer the money to my bank account in my country, and they charge a very complete and convenient fee compared to other applications. The transfer speed is incredible, sometimes in just 30 minutes or less, I already have the money in my bank account in my country. Besides, I have the Visa debit card service, which I can use anywhere in the world, and they don't charge a fee as long as the currency of the country where I pay is dollars. It is really excellent, and they are very transparent in their explanations. They have a great AI assistant, very humanized, that provides assistance without needing to resort to a second instance. What do you dislike about Deel?

What problems is Deel solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the obstacle that existed before, of being able to work for foreign companies, and they couldn't hire us due to lack of banking coverage, now that's no longer a limitation or barrier. Dell makes the transfer anywhere in the world in a matter of minutes, so we can have greater job opportunities.
