Deel is really easy to use, from signing up and getting everything set up to receiving payments. Once the money arrives, transferring it to Wise is quick and straightforward. The only downside is that you need to provide quite a few documents and details during the setup process. It can feel a bit time-consuming, although I understand most of it is required for legal and compliance reasons, especially when working across different countries.
