What do you like best about Deel HR?

The best thing about Deel is having everything in one platform. Instead of juggling separate tools for payroll, onboarding/offboarding and reporting, I can manage the full employee lifecycle in one place. This is especially valuable for us as we operate across several countries and entities (US, Canada, UK, France...): one system, one source of truth. Exports are also useful for building our own HR analytics and dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deel HR?

Deel's biggest strength is also the one thing I find challenging. The company grows quickly and ships changes and new features at a fast pace, which is great for the product. But as an HR Ops user working in the tool every day, it can be hard to keep up with every update (interface changes, new workflows and feature releases). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
