Before Deel HRIS, we had to rely on multiple platforms and spreadsheets to manage our workforce. Deel is an all-in-one system that has made workforce management much easier for us, saving time and effort along the way. The interface is intuitive, and the pricing has saved us a ton of money because we can run everything in a single system with a smaller team. Deel supports our entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding. There isn’t much to dislike about Deel HR. The only drawback I can think of is the process for approving hourly employees’ submitted hours. Even after you approve them, you still have to manually enter those hours into payroll, since they don’t automatically carry over to your payroll report. Also, when reviewing pending submissions for hourly employees and contractors, you can’t see the date range at a glance—you have to open each person’s submission individually.
