I like the practicality of Deel HR, as well as the app's design and the speed at which everything works. The ease and intuition of use are also positive points for me, especially for receiving my salary from the US while living in Brazil. I think the notification area of Deel HR could be improved. The design of the notifications is not very attractive, and they tend to accumulate easily, even when they have already been viewed outside the app. Additionally, I believe making the app a bit easier and simpler would help improve the user experience for older people, as I have heard from colleagues who faced difficulties, especially in the reimbursement section.
