I love how Deel HR makes receiving payments easy for both my employer and me. Deel HR seamlessly moves money from my account to my bank, with practically no delays between requesting and receiving payment. I also appreciate the user-friendly app, which lets me track and review my hours in an intuitive way.

On top of that, the initial setup was very simple. Everything was clearly laid out in an intuitive process that made signing up and getting the necessary documentation signed incredibly easy. In my current role, I do freelance work on an ad hoc basis, and Deel HR makes it straightforward to track my hours and translate them into an invoice that’s then passed on to my employer. I can reliably expect my weekly payment to be completed by Deel every Friday, which provides wonderful peace of mind.

Deel HR also offers a lot of additional services that aren't offered my many in-house HR systems such as employee benefits and discounts. Whilst I haven't taken advantage of these, I have done a bit of window-shopping and can see how they would be useful to other Deel users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think it would be good to see the descriptions of submitted hours on the tracking breakdown. It feels like there is a lack of information shown versus what is inputted when tracking hours. It's just a minor quip, though.

On the benefits front, it would be good if they could cater towards regional companies and products. It seemed incredibly American-centric which limited my options on what I could take advantage of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
