I like Deel HR because it tracks my hours and payments on time, giving me the visibility and forecast of my payments. I find it helpful for predicting when I'll receive my money and checking where my contract is at, with all the business information I need right there. The initial setup of Deel HR was troublesome for me. I accidentally activated auto-billing and auto-invoicing, which wasn't a good experience. I had to contact the service desk and my HR to ensure it was deactivated, so it was a bit problematic. Additionally, I think the UI on the home page could be improved by providing a summary of the invoices for the month, like the invoiced hours and the amount for that month, which would make things much easier.
