I like Deel HR for its speed; it's the fastest I've ever been paid compared to other solutions. The interface is pretty nice, and I can get my invoices quickly. I also appreciate how it makes sending the necessary forms for a contractor, especially for working with a US company, really easy. The initial setup was very easy too. I found the payday loan feature offered by Deel HR a bit off-putting. They allowed you to get paid a week early but charged a 3% fee for it, which felt scummy to me. I mean, who would want to lose 3% of their income just for getting paid a week in advance? It seemed like a really bad deal, and I didn't like that they pitched it to me.
