Their rigor combined with closeness. They are an auditor who masters the standards perfectly, yet they deal with closeness and total availability: they respond quickly, explain the technicalities clearly, and make a process that is usually dense feel agile and without surprises. What do you dislike about Decrypt Compliance?

Frankly, almost nothing to highlight. The audit was impeccable and the experience very positive from start to finish. The only thing is that, being a small team, on days with a heavier workload they may take a bit longer to respond, although they never left us waiting when we really needed them. They resolved the certification process from start to finish. Their team conducted the complete evaluation with rigor and transparency, guided us through each phase, and gave us clear visibility of what we needed to be prepared.
