Using the Roambee tracking devices enables us to maintain realtime visibility of shipments from door to door, where traditional methods are not sufficient. What I like most about the devices and the platform is that the return on investment is high and the devices have already essentially paid for themselves. The added visibility improves accountability and helps us enforce our carrier management. We have already used the devices to benchmark and used the data in our negotiations on rates and selecting the appropriate level of service with carriers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far everything my experience using the devices/platforms has been great. As a suggestion for improvement, user manuals and setup instructions (template work instructions, written procedures, training materials etc) should be more readily available by Roambee and offered to customers to aid in the implementation phase.
