"Detailed view of cx Spending habits, Lending Behavior."

What do you like best about DecisionLogic?

In order for us to make a decision about lending money, its crucial for us to know if the cx is going to be able to afford the loan, pay it back on time, pay it properly or not. we use decision logic to make that decision.

It helps us know if the cx is a good debt payer with other lenders in order for us to decide.

It helps us see the AVERAGE BALANCE that a cx is left with after all expenses to decide if they can afford the installments.

ENDING DAY BALANCES, if the cx is responsible spender or not.

Monthly average of DEBTS, CREDITS, AVERAGE BALANCE, are very help full in out decision making

It is very easy to use, cx who have online banking can simply click the link, get connected to their bank and log in.

In our line of business, lending, Decision logic is used every single interaction we have with our clients.

We have it integrated with Outlook, Panda Loan management system, and Webmail Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DecisionLogic?

To be honest this Tool is so complete that i cannot complaint about it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DecisionLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Not lending to people who are going to First payment defaulter or fall in collections.

Not lending to people that will not be able to afford the loans

Not having to wait on the Bank calls hold time for several minutes.

Process applications as fast as 20 to 25 minutes to finalize the loan Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
