A fresher can program survey with basic training. Supporting all securities. Affirdable in comparison of Confirmit also has more features. Preferred by all clients. Support all templates. Best part you can desable copy pasting option while programming which is not available in many service providers. **What do you dislike about Decipher?** We usually use multiple partners for data collection so it would be great if we can have partner wise termination report. **What problems is Decipher solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were struggling to stop copy pasting done by respondents while filling surveys in confirmit but Decipher did it easily. This resolved industries biggest problem in filtering bad open end responses in surveys and helping us getting good and useful data. ### 3. The survey email campaign is so user-friendly that we can easily create, edit, launch, and monitor the field work movement. **What do you dislike about Decipher?** I dislike nothing major about decipher; small feedback is if we can improve the Median LOI, which is sometimes inaccurate. Also, if we can send reminder emails to partials, that would be great. **What problems is Decipher solving and how is that benefiting you?** Decipher is helping us in designing user friendly surveys. We usually design complex questionnaires with many logics and pipe-in questions. With the help of decipher designing complex surveys is very easy which is benefiting us by increase in participation rate. Allows to download data in all data formats. **What do you dislike about Decipher?** Sometimes it keeps buffering or doesn't auto-reload once the task is completed. Could make more examples available in help.
