"Decentriq: Flexible, High-Security Clean Room with Strong Customer Service"
5/5
What do you like best about Decentriq?

What I like most about **Decentriq** is how it combines **flexibility** with **very high security standards**. Compared with other **clean room providers**, Decentriq stands out for the **breadth of use cases** it supports and for how pragmatically those use cases can be implemented in practice. It’s also a real plus that Decentriq has its **European headquarters** and operates as an **independent company**, which helps build trust and aligns well with European market expectations. On top of that, the **customer service** is strong—especially the **proactive effort** to identify and drive potential **clean room partnerships** through the **Decentriq network**. What do you dislike about Decentriq?

A current drawback is that some workflows can still feel complex and require explanation, especially for new users or less technical stakeholders—so onboarding and enablement can take a bit more time than expected. Additionally, there are areas where documentation and self-service guidance could be more comprehensive to reduce reliance on support for certain edge cases.

Another pain point is user access management within an organization: it can be cumbersome that not all users automatically have access to already created Datalabs. This can create additional effort and delays when key users are out of office, because access needs to be re-arranged to set up or continue work within existing DCRs.
