What I like most about Decagon Healthcare is that it makes things easier for patients. I find it helpful that I can get assistance with appointments, medicine updates and follow-ups through WhatsApp instead of having to make calls and wait for someone to answer. I also like that it supports more than 70 languages, so patients can communicate in Hindi and other regional languages. The AI is quite helpful and can understand questions even when I change the topic in between. The interface is easy to use, and I haven't found it difficult to navigate. It is also useful that I can connect through WhatsApp, SMS, web chat or phone calls. I think the time it saves makes it valuable. I would just like to see clearer pricing and a little more guidance when getting started. Overall, it makes basic healthcare communication easier and less time-consuming. What I don't like much about Decagon is sometimes, when many patients use Decagon at the same time, especially during busy morning hours or seasonal health outbreaks, the platform may become slow. Replies can take longer than usual, and voice conversations may have awkward pauses. This can make the experience feel less smooth and natural. It handles regular tasks like booking appointments, checking reports, and asking about medicines quite well, but sometimes struggles with more complicated questions. There are times when it doesn't fully understand what the patient is asking and may repeat the same answer instead of giving the right solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
