What do you like best about Decagon?

What I like most about Decagon is how well it handles customer support conversations without making them feel too robotic. It can understand the context of a conversation, respond quickly, and handle a good portion of repetitive support questions on its own. What do you dislike about Decagon?

The main thing I dislike is that it can still struggle with more complex or unusual customer questions. Sometimes the responses need to be reviewed or corrected by a human, especially when the conversation requires deeper context. What problems is Decagon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Decagon is mainly helping us handle the volume of repetitive customer support requests without having to scale the support team at the same rate. It automates common questions and basic troubleshooting, which reduces response times and frees up our support agents to focus on more complicated issues.
